Life Coaching


Life coaching can make school, work and relationships run more smoothly. In fact, many seem to soar to new heights after gaining greater awareness. Their improved skills enable them to handle life’s challenges and to step out of their comfort zone to accept new opportunities.

During coaching, we focus on the area the client chooses. As a life coach, I am an agent of change, helping my clients to create the life they want. I have seen clients who came for coaching to improve time management and got that and more (greater confidence, better communication skills, improved decision-making).

Often the area for coaching is one of the eleven essential life skills – self-control, emotional control, sustained attention, time management, goal directed persistence, working memory, persistence, flexibility, task initiation, organization and self-awareness. Coaching can also address issues like anxiety, uncertainty, and feeling stuck.

Life coaching is compatible with the modern hectic lives we live. There are flexible times for the sessions, low-cost options, and coaching your way – in person, by phone or Skype.

Transition Coaching


Coaching is extremely effective in helping individuals who are going through major transitions. Taking on a new job, moving from the family home or to a new location or committing to a serious relationship creates stress and uncertainty. Coaching empowers clients to avoid difficulties and increases their chance of success. During coaching, the person sorts out concerns and makes appropriate adjustments in thinking and behavior. There are three short-term, affordable coaching packages to provide support during the change.

Productivity Coaching

Each person has strengths and weaknesses concerning the eleven essential life skills. For many, there is one area, that interferes with their productivity. Perhaps it is being impulsive, overly emotional, or disorganized. Maybe it’s inflexibility or forgetfulness. Sometimes the problem is an inability to get started or the opposite, getting something done. By working on the weakness, productivity significantly improves.
