Designing Happy and Successful Lives
Have you joined any Facebook groups? Just looking at their names shows the variety of online communities. My friend belongs to New Yorkers Living in the Desert. Another belongs to Instapot. I joined the Lewy Body Support Group when my brother was in the later stages of the disease. There's an old African proverb that says “If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” That’s why I formed the free Designing Happy and Successful Lives group. When you are part of an online group, you get the support of people that you would probably never meet in person. Members can live anywhere and have access to the Facebook group at any time of the day.
